Shipping Methods

We have two main ways you can ship your order. One is standard shipping which is free anywhere in the world. With standard shipping, we estimate it will take between 15 to 20 regular work days for your package to get delivered to you. The other shipping option is expedited or express shipping. This is a paid shipping service that gets your order to you much faster, around 3 to 7 days typically. The expedited shipping does cost some extra money, but it ensures your items arrive quickly. No matter which shipping method you choose, we package your order carefully so it shows up in good condition.

Order Processing Time

When you place an order with us, it does not ship out right away. We need some time to process your order before sending it. Usually takes between 3 to 7 regular business days to process an order. This gives us time to double check we have everything in stock, carefully pack up the items, and get the shipment ready to go out. We always try our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible within that 3 to 7 day timeframe after you place your order with us.

Tracking Orders

You can easily check where your order is after we ship it out to you. We will send you an email with a special tracking number code. Just go to the shipping company’s website and type in that tracking number. It will show you details on where your package is currently located as it travels to your address. The tracking information gets updated each time your order gets moved to a new place by the delivery drivers and vehicles. Whenever the shipping company brings your package to a new site like a truck or building, they will scan it and add that location to the tracking details. If you ever have trouble finding your tracking number or seeing where your order is, you can email or call our customer support team and they will gladly help you track your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes orders can get damaged or go missing during shipping. If this happens to your package, you can return it to us to get a new one or exchange it for a different item. To start a return or exchange because of a shipping issue, just email or call our customer support. They will help you through the process step-by-step. You usually don’t have to pay any fees to return something that arrived broken or never made it to you – we cover those shipping costs. But if you simply don’t want the item anymore, you may have to pay a small restocking fee plus the shipping costs to send it back to us. As long as there was a problem with the delivery, we will take care of getting you a new order or refund at no extra charge.

Shipping Delays

Sometimes orders can get delayed and take longer than expected to ship to you. There are a few reasons why this might happen. Bad weather like storms can make it hard for the shipping trucks and planes to travel safely. Or the shipping company itself could have issues or problems that slow things down. If there is a delay with your order, we will send you an email or message to let you know. The message will explain why your shipment is late and when we think it will be delivered now. We will work closely with the shipping company to get your delayed order moving again as quickly as possible. If the delay goes on for too long, we may reshop a new replacement order for you at no extra cost. Our goal is to get you your items, even if there are unexpected shipping delays outside of our control.
